Convection ovens make a difference

I've had a convection oven for the past ten years and it really does make a difference. The ovens are so much easier to use it is hard to believe. Even cleaning of these new convection ovens is easier than it used to be - and nothing is a bigger pain than cleaning an oven so I know of what I speak.
