I love charcoal grills too

I have to agree with writer of this article, if you aint using a charcoal grill you don't know what you are missing. Outdoor kitchens are fabulous for a wide variety of reasons but, a big one getting to use charcoal. Gas grills are okay for a quick evening burger, the smokiness of charcoal that is imparted to the food just can't be matched. Also, smoking your food in the great outdoors on a lzy Saturday afternoon is a guilty pleasure sure to become ritual once you tase the difference of smoked meat. Brining and rubs do take extra prep time but, so what. It's worth it to take the extra time with your outdoor cooking endeavors. Also, wood fired pizza is beyond compare. The high heat and wood smoke make the most perfect pizza ever. The great outdoors and charcoal grills can be used to cook almost anything in a unique setting and with unbeatable flavor.Charcoal grills and Smokers seem to often become a new hobby for people as they learn the rewards of cooking in this manner. In short, I toast to you outdoor griller and know you have one more fan on your side.
