I love this recipe for BBQ shrimp wrapped in bacon. I served them at my last holiday party as as appetizer because who doesnt't love shrimp, right? Well, they were a hit. Delicious and easy to prepare. They were right about the wood smoke creating a unique and out of this world flavor that makes your mouth go wow! The ingredients were easy to obtain and affordable. The step by step instructions on how to make the stuffing and wrap the shrimp really simplified things. The sauce is also amazing and complements the taste of the bacon and shrimp perfectly. I found the process of cooking them very easy with little room for error with the novice cook. All inall, the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp will be a go to recipe of mine for all of my future gatherings.
