Vertical Slide Out Cabinets

I'd like to know where I can find those thin slide racks that can hold one or two rows of canned goods or spices. I have the perfect place to put it, but I can't seem to find anything that's not custom.

Does anyone have an idea where I can find something like this in northern Georgia?
